174 Housing Units with Alanna Homes - Submitted for Planning Permission

We at desiun architects are thrilled to be collaborating with Alanna Homes on a 174 units social housing scheme in Fingal, Dublin recently submitted for planning permission.

By using different forms and types of housing as well as different heights and massings, we created a visually stimulating environment. Maximising the advantages of the site we optimised the site’s orientation and made use of the site’s best features. Existing mature trees form the spine of a new linear park linked to a new high-end central public green.

Quality paving materials ensure a cohesive and manageable environment throughout the development while soft and hard landscaping optimise the existing valuable amenities (trees, hedgerows, and woodlands).
